The stomach pains have gone without notice.
- But have sever back pain these days.
- Heavily bloated.
- Sometime constipation problems.
Tips:
- I chew fennel seeds after food or anytime when I feel like it.
- I drink mint tea (Add crushed mint leaves in tea and filter it out). Fennel seeds or the mint or together they seem to have helped to cure problem #3.
- I carry a cushion around to support my back.
Otherwise I feel a lot better than previous weeks.
